Proud to be "over-serving" our clients

Recently I met with a very well informed expert in the investment advisory space. He's involved with M&A activities and so he regularly analyzes firms like mine. I explained the services that we provide - our two tier level service structure.

He told me that we are "over-serving our clients". His analysis...essentially our clients in the 100,000 to $1.5M investable asset range are receiving services that people with single digit millions should receive and those clients with more than $1.5M are receiving services that people with double digit millions should receive.

His point is that our model takes too much work.

The great thing is that is exactly what I intended to do when I developed our two tier level design.
